Large International retail business are looking for a highly experienced Group FD to join on an interim basis till the end of 2025. Based Central London.
Role:
Overall responsibility for Group statutory, financial, risk management, group audits, tax and treasury functions and supporting strategic direction and growth plans developed by the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
Company Secretary of International Holdings, including board duties.
- Coordination of Group audit.
- Maintenance of a rolling P&L and Cash Flow forecast.
- Strategic decision making as part of the management team.
- Recruitment, training, coaching, development of UK finance function.
- Liaison with senior non-financial managers on financial issues.
- Management of the budgeting process.
- Manage group funding needs ake recommendations based on cashflow projections and help put debt funding requests to stakeholders.
- Tax optimisation including VAT and use of Transfer Pricing / management fees.
