We are seeking an experienced and driven Group Finance Manager to join a growing Post-Production business on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will manage the Group Financial Reporting team and work closely with the Group Financial Controller to deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting, support treasury and forecasting activities, maintain robust internal controls, and partner with business stakeholders across our multinational group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly consolidation of group accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Oversee intercompany eliminations and ensure consistency of accounting data across subsidiaries.

  • Develop and deliver monthly management reports and a formal Board Pack with key financial analysis.

  • Implement and maintain group-wide accounting and control policies, ensuring compliance and providing training as needed.

  • Coordinate annual audit processes and statutory reporting.

  • Support tax compliance and the implementation of the Group's global tax strategy.

  • Manage weekly cashflow forecasting and provide insights into group liquidity needs.

  • Perform covenant checks and compliance reporting on a quarterly basis.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation of presentations and financial models.

  • Assist in rolling out and standardizing the Group's financial systems and forecasting tools across all entities.

  • Contribute to the finance shared services strategy and enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with other departments, providing financial insights and developing pricing tools such as rate cards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA) with experience in a multinational group setting.

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and IFRS.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including building integrated financial models.

  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and ensure accurate financial treatment.

  • Experience leading process improvements and fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
