- Experience in banking specifically payments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to multiple engineering teams within the division, articulating clear objectives and nurturing a culture committed to excellence.
- Supervise software engineering practices through technical oversight and people-centred leadership
- Formulate and execute change management strategies that are congruent with organisational priorities and support enduring business objectives.
- Shape the technical roadmap for payments services by anticipating multifaceted challenges and discerning strategic opportunities for advancement.
- Uphold resilience standards for critical business operations by instituting protocols designed to maintain and restore essential systems efficiently.

Key Requirements:
- Experience within engineering roles pertinent to payments or financial services
