You’ll oversee all finance operations and strategy, ensuring robust financial controls and insights that empower the college to grow sustainably. Working closely with the COO and wider leadership, you’ll be a trusted business partner influencing key decisions that support creative education and innovation.

• Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial governance best practices.

• Support strategic planning and investment decisions with clear financial insights.

• Be an active part of the college community, helping align financial strategy with the college’s creative and community values.

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven senior finance leadership experience.

• Passionate about working in a creative or educational environment, ideally with experience in smaller or mid-sized organisations.
