A fantastic opportunity is available for a Head of FP&A within a highly successful organisation who are passionate to continue their popularity and requires a high calibre professional with strong Commercial Finance experience to be part of the continuing growth.Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Senior Management team and will have the ability to develop a finance function that can truly partner with the business and add value and make a difference.Skills and Responsibilities include
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with strong academics
- Complete group budgets and forecasts, providing influence and challenge to key stakeholders
- Own the forecasting process and work alongside the strategy team developing the brands' 3yr business plans.
- Partner with the business operations providing advice and guidance to drive performance
- Understand the key revenue and expenditure variances to budget, forecast and prior year.
- Work with managers regarding annual budgets
- Assist with the development of action plans to improve poor performance, monitor and feedback results providing challenge as appropriate.
