My client is a leading global provider of shareholder, pension and credit technology. I am now seeking a strategic, client-focused leader to join as Head of Private Sector Clients a high-impact role responsible for shaping the experience and engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 7-10, including Technical Proposition Leads
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, including CEO and corporate sponsors
  • Drive client engagement strategies and lead annual client reviews
  • Own and manage operational risks and client account planning
  • Collaborate across departments to align service delivery with strategic goals
  • Maintain and apply deep knowledge of pensions regulations and client operations

Person specification

  • Extensive technical pensions knowledge, particularly in the UK DB pensions industry
  • Experience managing client-facing teams and building engagement strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience
  • Excellent communication skills - able to present "executive ready" updates
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
  • Qualified Actuary preferred but not essential
