- Lead R&D claims with a focus on compliance and maximising value; guide on tax incentives and technical methodologies.
- Design and deliver structured training for the team, including onboarding and ongoing development across technical and soft skills.
- Support marketing, content creation, and the identification of upsell opportunities alongside the leadership and sales teams.
- Line manage the tax team; contribute to recruitment, performance management, and internal process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance on all submissions and filings; respond to HMRC queries and manage risk across the tax portfolio.

- Is CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Has in-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax.
- Is commercially savvy, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.
- Has experience in managing client relationships at a strategic level, including handling sensitive or complex discussions.
