We are looking for an experienced Income Management Support Officer to provide essential support for financial processes using Capita Pay360. This role focuses on daily cash management, system maintenance, and interfacing with core systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cash routines, balancing, and reconciliation tasks
  • Provide technical and operational support for the Capita Pay360 Income Management System
  • Maintain user access and roles within the system
  • Ensure seamless interfaces into Civica Open Revenues and CX Housing systems
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with Capita Pay360 Income Management System
  • Strong understanding of cash processing and balancing procedures
  • Experience supporting financial systems and revenue-related data flows
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support end users
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
