Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive project financial reports in alignment with donor requirements.
- Engage proactively with project managers to monitor expenditures against budgets, providing insightful analysis.
- Conduct and support project and donor audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Facilitate reforecasting activities and support the development of financial plans to inform strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner within the charity sector; international charity experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A recognised finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is advantageous; however, relevant experience is paramount.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Availability to commence the role promptly and commit to the specified contract duration.
