This pivotal role supports a portfolio of projects funded by one of the organisation's key institutional donors. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful global initiatives within a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive project financial reports in alignment with donor requirements.
  • Engage proactively with project managers to monitor expenditures against budgets, providing insightful analysis.
  • Conduct and support project and donor audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Facilitate reforecasting activities and support the development of financial plans to inform strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner within the charity sector; international charity experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capacity to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A recognised finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is advantageous; however, relevant experience is paramount.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Availability to commence the role promptly and commit to the specified contract duration.
