Interim Finance Analyst - Real Estate
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days on site)
Duration: 3-6 months
Are you a data-driven finance pro who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments? We're recruiting an Interim Finance Analyst for a Private Equity-backed real estate company to work on a number of tasks. This is a project-heavy role that sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy - ideal for someone who knows their way around messy data and complex KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with the CFO and Head of FP&A on project and reporting requirements
Clean, consolidate, and structure "messy" financial and operational data across multiple systems
Build and refine financial models and reporting packs tailored for investor and board presentations
Analyse key commercial KPIs (e.g. occupancy rates, rental yield, lease churn) and distil insights
Support due diligence and valuation processes alongside external advisors and PE stakeholders
Drive improvements in data visibility and financial storytelling
Collaborate cross-functionally with asset managers, finance, and strategy teams
You'll Bring:
Proven experience in real estate.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; bonus points for Anaplan experience
A sharp eye for turning chaotic data into clear, actionable insight
Comfort working under ambiguity with competing priorities and tight deadlines
A commercial mindset - you can tie the numbers back to the business story
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), though experience will speak loudest here
