What You'll Do

  • Conduct quantity take-offs for lighting, containment, pipework, and ductwork
  • Review and cost variations with guidance from senior team members
  • Source pricing for plant items and maintain supplier relationships
  • Assist with contractor valuation reviews, including site visits
  • Maintain detailed cost logs and support financial reporting
  • Contribute to cost planning across all RIBA stages


What You'll Bring

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrable MEP QS experience (essential)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with various stakeholders
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and CostX
