Fulfilment Lead, Operations Manager, Head of Operations Remote working (occasional London presence - MUST be UK based) - £70k-£100k

We are working with a client who are hiring a Head of Operations/Operations Manager to play a key role helping to drive client delivery, optimise processes, and scale operations.

They specialise in partnering with businesses who are looking to raise money and grow through investor support.

This is an opportunity to secure a role that combines operations and strategy, ensuring seamless execution of client facing campaigns and supporting the business as it continues to grow.

You will be managing an Operations Assistant who will support you in your role to handle admin tasks like email management, scheduling, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Delivery: Overseeing the execution of capital raising campaigns, refine investor pitches, manage client communications, and track campaign progress.

  • Campaign Management: Organising tasks, track deliverables, and ensure all campaign elements run smoothly.

  • Process Improvement: Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations as the company scales.

  • Leadership Opportunity: As the company grows, there will be the potential to lead and expand the team.

What we need from you:

  • A blend of experience in both operations and strategy.

  • A natural problem solver who can build and implement systems and processes to ensure smooth operations.

  • A strong communicator who can work with the team to sign off professional content, such as investor decks and client facing materials.

  • Experience of working in fast paced environments and scaling business operations.
