Practice Manager

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: circa £45,000 (DoE)

Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.

An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice.

The Role: Practice Manager

  • Reporting to the Senior Partner, you will oversee all business functions including advisory, business development, paraplanning and administration, ensuring they are aligned to Practice objectives
  • You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries, as well as meeting and greeting at the office
  • You will oversee of the end-to-end business process, ensuring this is managed and tracked efficiently in line with Practice and regulatory standards
  • You will be coordinating with the paraplanners and administrative staff, assigning tasks to ensure all cases are actioned within specific timeframes
  • You will coordinate communication with clients and third-party providers and deliver regular updates to the Partner
  • You will also be responsible for diary management and client liaison for the Partner

The Person: Practice Manager

  • Providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you and you will ensure the seamless process from initial enquiry to completion of the advice process is delivered at all times
  • You may be an SJP experienced Senior Administrator looking for the opportunity to develop your experience in wealth management, or a Practice Manager ready for a new challenge
  • You will have experience of working within an SJP Practice
  • You will have an understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning products
  • You enjoy working as part of a team, with a 'hands on' approach to ensure the business always runs smoothly and efficiently
  • You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business and have experience of managing and developing others
  • You will be fully conversant with Salesforce
  • You will be a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. You have common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving
