I am looking for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a high-performing Private Client Tax team in their London Office This is your chance to be part of an accountancy firm that values its people as much as its clients. What's the Role About?

I am seeking a highly skilled individual to provide tailored tax advice across all aspects of personal taxation for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients.

  • You will be responsible for leading complex tax planning and advisory services, including areas such as Non-Dom & International clients, owner-managed businesses, offshore structures, Inheritance Tax, Trusts, and Estate Planning.
  • In this role, you'll support Tax Partners, Directors, and other senior leaders with intricate enquiries, while identifying opportunities for planning and cross-selling. You will also play a key part in driving business development, managing client relationships, and overseeing HMRC enquiry matters.

What I am looking for:

  • As a leader within the team, you will mentor and develop managers and trainees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
  • Your responsibilities will also include maintaining strong communication with clients and 3rd parties, reviewing client portfolios to identify additional opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive practical experience in private client tax planning, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to simplify complex technical points for clients.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and working collaboratively will be key to your success in this role, alongside a proactive approach to business development and relationship-building.

Attributes:

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified tax professional with experience in Private Client Tax advisory within an accountancy practice.
  • Expertise in providing tailored tax planning services, including areas such as Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Estate Planning, Non-Dom & International clients, and owner-managed businesses.
  • You should be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior staff and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is essential.
