Based in the heart of Central London, we offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where creativity and innovation thrive.The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations across our slate of productions. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of creative production and financial strategy, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, reporting is accurate, and productions are delivered within financial parameters.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting across multiple productions.
  • Partner closely with production teams to provide financial insight and support throughout all stages of production – development, prep, shoot, and post.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage production funding drawdowns, and liaise with broadcasters, financiers, and completion bond companies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, industry regulations, and tax incentive schemes (including UK tax credits).
  • Supervise production accountants and coordinate external audits.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in production finance within TV, film, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of UK production finance, including tax credits and funding structures.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Exceptional budgeting and cost control skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
