Programme Manager - CRM, HR, Finance Platform Projects
Our law firm client are looking to recruit a Programme Manager (CRM, HR, Finance Platform Projects) on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis as they are embarking on a transformation journey, replacing three core platforms simultaneously - CRM, HR, and Finance. The goal is to seamlessly integrate these systems for enhanced efficiency.
The right Programme Manager (CRM, HR, Finance Platform Projects) will have previous experience in delivering either a CRM, HR or Finance platform project ideally within a law firm or professional services.
Key Responsibilities for this Programme Manager (CRM, HR, Finance Platform Projects) opportunity:
- Lead the implementation of the programme
- Regular updates to the programme members, sponsors and the executive stakeholders.
- Track scope
- Assist in the selection of vendors
- Perform initial vendor assessments to reduce the long list of vendors.
- Collaborate with the Technology and procurement teams to ensure alignment on technical and commercial aspects of the selection process.
- Translate unfulfilled requirements, depending on vendor selection, into roadmaps.
- Work with the Business Analyst on creating the executable project plan and future roadmaps
