Our client, a leading financial institution headquartered in Japan, is searching for a Project Finance - Vice President to join their dynamic Power & Renewables Team! Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and occasionally lead the execution of project finance transactions and marketing activities.
  • Conduct thorough corporate credit analysis and review customer financial statements.
  • Engage in financial modelling, due diligence, and legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and interface with clients, marketing, deal execution, and KYC.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring quality and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Significant knowledge in project finance, acquisition finance, and corporate credit analysis within Power & Renewables.Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and financial modelling abilities. Excellent communication skills are a must!Education: A degree is required, with multiple language skills viewed favourably.Attributes: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively while handling complex transactions.
