My client are a leading logistics ffirm who are embarking on a key, complex, and strategic project that requires skilled Project Managers to lead the technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Monitor and control the current phase, including defining, owning, and managing the overall plan.
- Financial Management: Manage finances, including forecasting and actuals, risks & issues, and resources.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status.
- Technology Delivery: Define and own the Technology Delivery model and plan for subsequent phases (design, build, test, deploy).
- Delivery Planning: Develop detailed delivery project plans, including activities, schedules, effort, and resources.
- Cost Management: Create and manage the cost model, ensuring supplier proposals cover all aspects of delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
- Business Case Input: Provide high-level inputs into the Business Case.
- Project Execution: Manage the Technology Delivery model and plan following Business Case approval.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in technology projects within central functions/group functions.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
