?? Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Change Delivery (International Portfolio)Location: London | Function: Change Delivery | Type: Full-time

The opportunity:

We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity and collaboration. You'll play a key role in translating strategic objectives into tangible outcomes-leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, working with C-suite level stakeholders and focusing on big-ticket projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of key international projects aligned with strategic goals

  • Drive delivery of business benefits within agreed scope, time, cost, and risk parameters

  • Lead workstreams on different programmes
  • Engage stakeholders from project initiation through to benefit realisation

  • Analyse proposals, develop business cases, and manage project plans and budgets

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers where required

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and governance, and lead lessons learned post-delivery

  • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure a smooth transition to BAU

Our must haves:

  • Project Management certification (Prince2 or equivalent)

  • Experience delivering finance transformation projects such as data warehousing
  • Proven experience delivering complex business and technical change projects

  • Strong skills in planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management skills

  • Agile delivery experience and vendor management knowledge (desirable)

  • Previous experience from a consultancy (desirable)
