The OpportunityAs a Real Estate Tax Manager, you will:

Lead and manage complex real estate tax advisory projects across a portfolio of major clients, including REITs, institutional investors, property developers, and private equity-backed real estate businesses

Provide strategic input on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, structuring, and UK/international tax planning

Act as a senior point of contact for clients, deepening relationships and identifying new advisory opportunities

Work closely with Partners on business development initiatives and winning new work

Mentor and lead a team of high-performing real estate tax professionals, supporting their technical and career development

Represent the firm in key discussions with HMRC and industry groups on real estate tax policy
A real estate tax professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. You will ideally have:

Significant real estate tax experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10, or leading advisory firm

A strong understanding of UK corporate tax as it applies to real estate, including experience with REITs, partnerships, and cross-border structuring

Experience leading client engagements and managing advisory projects

A commercial mindset and proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities

ACA/CTA/ATT qualified (or equivalent)

A clear path to Director within a market-leading real estate tax team

Exposure to some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the UK
