This is your opportunity to join a leading real estate tax team in London, working with high-profile clients across the UK and globally. You'll take a leading role on complex transactions, provide strategic tax advice, and help shape the future of real estate tax within one of the most respected names in professional services.

The Opportunity

As a Real Estate Tax Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage complex real estate tax advisory projects across a portfolio of major clients, including REITs, institutional investors, property developers, and private equity-backed real estate businesses

  • Provide strategic input on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, structuring, and UK/international tax planning

  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, deepening relationships and identifying new advisory opportunities

  • Work closely with Partners on business development initiatives and winning new work

  • Mentor and lead a team of high-performing real estate tax professionals, supporting their technical and career development

  • Represent the firm in key discussions with HMRC and industry groups on real estate tax policy

About You

A real estate tax professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. You will ideally have:

  • Significant real estate tax experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10, or leading advisory firm

  • A strong understanding of UK corporate tax as it applies to real estate, including experience with REITs, partnerships, and cross-border structuring

  • Experience leading client engagements and managing advisory projects

  • A commercial mindset and proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities

  • ACA/CTA/ATT qualified (or equivalent)
