Job Title – Revenues Operation Team LeaderLocation – London (Hybrid Working Available)Contract – TemporaryHours – Full time, 35 hours per weekRole summary –We are looking for an experienced Revenues Operation Team Leader to deliver an excellent, customer-focused Council Tax service. You will support the Revenues Operation Manager, lead the day-to-day management of the team, and ensure effective collection and review services.Salary - £29.79 LTD / £24.35 PAYE per hourKey Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of the Revenues team.- Ensure quality assurance, resource planning, and verification of discounts and exemptions.- Manage the digitalisation of Revenues and Benefits post.- Assist with council tax refunds, complex queries, and legislation interpretation.- Monitor and analyse KPIs, ensuring service improvements.- Represent the Council at Valuation Tribunals if required.- Promote Equal Opportunities and customer care.Requirements:- High-level knowledge of Council Tax and Enforcement legislation.- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.- Experience managing and motivating staff within a Revenues environment.- Ability to interpret legislation and implement necessary changes.- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.If you require any additional information regarding the position, please call George at Service Care Solutions on or send an email to .uk
