Job Title: Senior CRM ExecutiveSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 | London (Hybrid Working)
Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with an International Law firm who are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in CRM systems to take a central role in managing and optimising the firm's CRM operations to support key business objectives.
Day to day responsibilities;- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to integrate the CRM system effectively across various teams, regions, and business areas.
- Oversee and manage CRM data change requests, ensuring consistent, high-quality data across the system.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve CRM data quality practices and overall system efficiency.
- Work closely with internal development teams on integrations and ensure smooth data flows between systems.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, teams, and offices, including data migration and system synchronisations.
- Assist in maintaining the system's performance through regular updates and testing, ensuring it is working optimally for users.
- Contribute to the firm's data retention and management strategies, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to maximise the firm's use of CRM add-ons and additional functionalities.
- Serve as the CRM system ambassador, providing training and guidance to staff across the firm on how to use the system effectively.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver CRM training sessions for new employees, as well as ongoing workshops for current staff.
- Create training materials, guides, and tipsheets, and contribute to a CRM-focused newsletter to share best practices across the firm.
- Solid experience with CRM systems (familiarity with InterAction is highly desirable, but experience with other systems such as Salesforce may be considered.
- Experience in Legal OR Professional services is ESSENTIAL
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + benefits
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
