Reporting into the CFO, you’ll take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the business — ultimately helping management make better, faster decisions as the company continues to scale. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to get stuck into a broad role with real influence and visibility, working closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, and the exec team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units, working closely with department heads to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall business goals.
- Deliver high-quality monthly management reporting and performance analysis, providing clear insights into revenue, costs, and key KPIs. You'll play a key role in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to help drive better decision-making.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and content teams — using data and analysis to influence strategic and commercial decisions.
- Build, improve and maintain robust financial models and reporting dashboards to support long-term planning, business cases, and scenario analysis.
- Support a variety of ad-hoc projects, including board reporting, investor presentations, and deep-dive financial reviews.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline and improve processes, helping to embed a more scalable, efficient FP&A function as the business continues to grow
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualified ACA/CA accountant (preferably trained in audit)
- At least 2 years experience within an FP&A function
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to build competent financial models
- Great communication skills and the ability to speak finance to non-finance personnel
- Exceptional commercial awareness
