This Senior Finance Manager role supports the Head of Finance and UK CFO in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This role will lead financial planning, year-end audit, financial controls, performance management, and transformation initiatives, whilst partnering across the wider UK & international business.

Description
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and strategic insights.
- Manage year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
- Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Develop KPIs and financial metrics to support performance management.
- Act as finance lead on transformation programmes, including digital finance and process optimisation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across UK and global teams.
- Contribute to the One Europe finance agenda through best practice sharing and cross-border alignment.
Profile
- ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.
- 3+ post-qualified experience in industry
- Proven strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to form and maintain strong cross-team relationships
Job Offer
- 75,000 - 90,000 salary (based on experience)
