Description
- Develop and implement strategic investor relations plans and goals.
- Communicate the company's performance and strategy to the investment community.
- Manage relationships with existing investors and cultivate new ones.
- Collaborate with the senior management team on financial reporting and disclosure matters.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the energy and natural resources sector.
- Prepare investor relations materials such as annual reports, press releases, and investor presentations.
- Attend investor conferences and meetings, primarily in London.
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing investor relations.

Profile
A successful Senior Manager Investor Relations should have:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in investor relations
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to different audiences.
