This role presents the opportunity to manage corporate projects, supervise direct and indirect compliance obligations, and collaborate with third-party taxation advisors. What you'll do:
As a Senior Tax Manager, your role will be central in managing various corporate projects, including group restructuring and establishing new business lines. You will be responsible for supervising both direct and indirect compliance obligations of the group. Your role will also involve managing tax advisory projects, such as the introduction of Pillar Two and other corporate initiatives. You will take full responsibility for all tax compliance obligations, including corporation tax, VAT, and employment taxes. Furthermore, you will collaborate with third-party taxation advisors to ensure value-for-money services are delivered. Lastly, you will continuously seek out ideas and opportunities to ensure that commercial activities are efficiently managed from a taxation perspective.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Tax Manager role is a knowledgeable tax specialist with experience in offshore fund tax issues, including cross-border tax issues, compliance obligations, and tax-efficient structuring. You should be comfortable dealing with advisers from various countries and coordinating international tax-related deal structuring. ACA qualification along with appropriate tax qualifications is required for this role. A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience is also necessary. Robust project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with all staff levels are essential. You should have the ability to understand complex structures and transactions, pay attention to detail, and adopt a 'right first time' approach. Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and projects to tight deadlines are also crucial.
