Our client is seeking an experienced Syndicate Manager who has a forward thinking approach to change and leadership

Key duties;
- Lead a small but highly experienced team
- Manage the Lloyds syndicate reporting in line with the Lloyds timetable
- Manage multiple changes with regards to syndicate reporting requirements
- Challenge the wider finance and underwriting teams
- Oversight of syndicate controls
- Prepare and manage analytical business performance reviews
- Syndicate forecasts
The Person
- Strong syndicate reporting technical knowledge and experience
- Lloyds insurance accounting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Pro-active approach
- Stakeholder management experience
