Role responsibilities
- Advising privately owned businesses on their corporate and shareholder tax strategies
- Delivering compliance and advisory services to clients across a range of sectors
- Supporting clients through business lifecycle events such as acquisitions, disposals, and restructures
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a joined-up service to clients
- Managing and developing junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
- Staying current with tax developments and helping shape the firm’s internal knowledge and processes

Candidate requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with solid experience in corporate and business tax
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and tax planning for owner-managed businesses
- Commercially minded, with the ability to understand clients’ strategic goals and tailor tax advice accordingly
- Experience advising on corporate transactions, shareholder matters, and business restructures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-standing client relationships
- Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
