Role Responsibilities- Leading complex advisory engagements, including inheritance tax, estate planning, trusts, offshore structures, and residency/domicile issues
- Supporting senior leadership on specialist client projects and complex HMRC enquiries
- Managing and mentoring junior team members, driving high performance and professional development
- Acting as a main point of contact for high-profile clients, offering clear and commercially sound advice
- Driving business development, identifying new opportunities within the existing client base, and contributing to pitches
- Reviewing client portfolios for cross-selling opportunities and maintaining top-tier service delivery

Candidate Requirements- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, with experience in a client-facing tax advisory role
- Proven expertise in personal tax planning, particularly across trusts, estates, IHT, non-dom, and international matters
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor, support, and guide a team
- Commercial awareness and confidence in business development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex tax matters into clear client advice
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- A proactive, confident approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- £60,000 to £75,000 per annum
