Role Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of global mobility clients and be their go-to contact for payroll and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Provide strategic and technical advice on cross-border tax, social security, and mobility policies
  • Lead compliance and advisory projects, ensuring they run smoothly and profitably
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for added value and support wider business development efforts
  • Keep pace with mobility trends and help evolve the firm’s service offerings

Candidate Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of global mobility tax, including compliance and advisory
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior staff and supporting their development
  • Confident communicator with a commercial mindset and relationship-building abilities
  • Ideally ATT/CTA qualified, with exposure to US tax a bonus
  • A proactive, positive mindset and the desire to grow within a supportive, innovative team
