Role Purpose

Our multinational financial institution client is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to join a high-impact transformation program. This role is focused on the Operations and Loans domain within the Corporate Banking division, supporting a major entity transfer and technology relabelling initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex delivery streams, coordinating across multiple systems and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of technology and operational changes across multiple systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to execute delivery plans aligned with project milestones.
  • Drive asset migration and system relabelling efforts as part of a broader entity transfer programme.
  • Ensure minimal business disruption during cutover and deployment phases.
  • Act as a key point of contact for operations-related streams, particularly in Loans, FX, Swaps, and trade settlements.
  • Work closely with compliance and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
  • Maintain strong oversight of change control and release management processes.
  • Engage proactively with contractors and internal teams to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role within Financial Services.
  • Strong background in Operations, particularly in Loans, FX, Swaps, and Corporate Banking.
  • Deep understanding of downstream operational flows, trade settlements, and global payments systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance systems, including sanctions monitoring and anti-money laundering.
  • Experience with complex technology rollouts, data migration, and system relabelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple delivery streams and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with tight deadlines.
