Test Manager - Finance Systems, Insurance, Actuarial

My client, a leading name in the Insurance sector, is urgently seeking a Test Manager with previous Insurance industry experience and expertise in Finance Systems Testing (Oracle) to play a key role on a high-priority Transformation Programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Test Manager within the Insurance industry
- Expertise in Finance Systems Testing and Data platforms
- Proficient in System Integration Testing, Unit Testing as well as User Acceptance Testing
- Proven experience of Designing, Defining and Executing comprehensive Test Strategies (End-to-End)
- Experience of using DevOps toolsets to monitor test cycles and manage defect resolution workflows
- Confidence when engaging with Stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to provide clear and consistent reporting on Test Status, Risks, and Issues throughout the Testing lifecycle
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall ways of working
- Flexibility towards a hybrid-working model
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of tools such as Tagetik and Workiva
- Actuarial Testing experience
- Oracle Planning Module / Oracle Financials (GL) experience
- Global Test Management experience
- Immediate availability
