Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Finance operations senior associate to join their Receivables team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of trade finance products while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple international offices.

  • Process trade finance products including Promissory Notes, Bills of Exchange, and Receivables
  • Manage documentation checking, rate fixing, discounting, fees, roll overs, payments, and collections
  • Handle administration under Master Receivable Financing Agreements
  • Review facility documentation for operational feasibility
  • Prepare sales/participations from point of request through execution and monitoring
  • Position and create payments within currency cut-off times
  • Escalate breaches, red flags and other issues promptly
  • Minimum two years' experience in a Trade Finance function (essential)
  • Working knowledge of trade finance products and documentation
  • Able to work in the City of London 5 days a week is essential
