Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Finance operations senior associate to join their Receivables team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of trade finance products while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple international offices.
- Process trade finance products including Promissory Notes, Bills of Exchange, and Receivables
- Manage documentation checking, rate fixing, discounting, fees, roll overs, payments, and collections
- Handle administration under Master Receivable Financing Agreements
- Review facility documentation for operational feasibility
- Prepare sales/participations from point of request through execution and monitoring
- Position and create payments within currency cut-off times
- Escalate breaches, red flags and other issues promptly
- Minimum two years' experience in a Trade Finance function (essential)
- Working knowledge of trade finance products and documentation
- Able to work in the City of London 5 days a week is essential
