I am seeking a dynamic and experienced UK/US Tax Manager to join my client's UK/US Private Client Tax department. This is a unique opportunity to provide tax advisory and compliance services to high net worth individuals, both UK/US and non-UK/US domiciled, within a prestigious international practice.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns by consultants, providing technical input and ensuring accuracy.
  • Offer specialist tax advisory services including estate planning, inheritance tax planning, wealth structuring, and domicile issues.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients alongside partners, handling inquiries and offering expert advice.
  • Manage communications with HMRC on tax investigations.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for restructuring clients' tax affairs.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff through work reviews and timely feedback.
  • Handle billing preparation for clients.

What I am looking for:

  • Minimum ATT and EA qualified.
  • Proven experience working with complex UK/US HNW clients based in the UK or US.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound technical knowledge with the ability to deliver accurate information on time.
  • Ability to manage workflow in a busy, demanding environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and openness to technology changes.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
