Job Description: The firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced US & UK Tax Private Client Specialist to join its dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax advice and compliance services to private clients, including expatriates, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices, with a focus on dual handling of US and UK tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns, as well as UK tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to private clients, addressing both US and UK tax issues.
  • Assist clients with US and UK tax compliance, including FATCA, FBAR reporting, and UK-specific requirements.
  • Advise on cross-border tax issues and coordinate with international tax advisors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in US and UK tax legislation and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • CPA or EA qualification, or equivalent, with experience in both US and UK tax.
  • Extensive experience in US and UK tax compliance and advisory services for private clients.
  • Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax laws, as well as UK tax laws, including expatriate tax issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
