Your impact:You’ll support international governance for portfolio management and product structures, including Luxembourg AIFMD, Ireland UCITS, and Cayman feeders. You’ll liaise closely with compliance, legal, and investment teams in the UK, North America, and Asia. You’ll help maintain regulatory frameworks, design controls, and provide guidance on ESG requirements, trading rules, and third-party governance relationships.A few key responsibilities:
  • Lead governance and compliance on international product regulatory rules i.e. AIFMD, UCITS, and Cayman regulatory rules
  • Advise on ESG and SFDR obligations
  • Support regulatory library management and implementation of regulatory change
  • Act as governance contact for third-party ManCos and General Partners
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on risk oversight, control mapping and remediation
  • Influence policy development and promote a culture of compliance
What we’re looking for:
  • VP level experience in asset management compliance and governance
  • Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (especially AIFMD, UCITS, Cayman feeders)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and strong grasp of risk, governance and controls
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with strong stakeholder management skills
