Are you a detail-driven financial professional ready to elevate your career in a collaborative, client-focused environment? A prestigious London-based wealth management firm is seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join their dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end paraplanning process for a select group of high-net-worth clients
  • Prepare compliant advice reports, letters, and tailored recommendations
  • Conduct complex financial calculations (IHT, CGT, carry forward, etc.)
  • Build and present cash flow models using Voyant
  • Attend client meetings alongside advisers and produce detailed meeting notes
  • Collaborate with administrators to ensure seamless client service
  • Support compliance documentation and maintain high regulatory standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to peer reviews
  • Stay sharp through CPD and professional development

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Level 4 qualified with at least 3 years in financial services, including 2 years in paraplanning
  • Proven experience supporting HNW private clients
  • Strong working knowledge of Voyant, Xplan, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional time management and a proactive “can-do” attitude
  • Discretion and professionalism, especially when working with vulnerable clients
