We are seeking a Client Support Manager (Private Client) to lead our client administration team towards achieving best-in-class service standards. This role is pivotal in promoting and embodying the organisation’s values, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration. The successful candidate will be a solution-oriented leader, adept at managing multiple workloads and committed to driving the company’s culture across all team interactions.
Day-to-day of the role:- Trusted Leadership & Team Culture: Act as a role model in integrity, professionalism, and fairness. Embed the company’s culture within the team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and support the client administration team to ensure high motivation and performance. Align recruitment, training, and performance management processes with company values.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee client record management, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Manage workloads effectively to maintain smooth operations during peak periods.
- Process Adherence & Improvement: Focus on continuous process improvement, optimising workflows while maintaining quality service delivery. Address inefficiencies and implement solutions collaboratively.
- Relationship Management & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with advisers, clients, and internal teams. Ensure alignment with the wider business strategy and promote inter-departmental collaboration.
- Risk & Compliance: Uphold regulatory requirements, ensuring operations adhere to FCA guidelines and embody Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Retail Conduct Risk (RCR) principles.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment, with a strong understanding of FCA requirements.
- Proven experience managing an administration team, with a focus on service and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and governance within financial services.
- Progress towards a regulated diploma in Financial Planning (QCF Level 4) or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office or similar client management systems is highly desirable.
