What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managed client queries, processed membership changes, handled claims, and liaised with insurers
  • Sending market requests and inputting quotes into reports
  • Supporting a team of consultants in delivering top-tier services to clients
  • Handling insurer invoicing and policy administration
  • Keeping up with strict SLAs in a fast-paced environment where efficiency is key
