As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll become an integral part of an experienced asset management team, providing invaluable support in healthcare schemes - including Private Medical Insurance, Dental, Travel, Cash Plans, Employee Assistance Programmes, and more. You'll manage a shared mailbox, liaise with insurers, handle client queries, and ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managed client queries, processed membership changes, handled claims, and liaised with insurers
- Sending market requests and inputting quotes into reports
- Supporting a team of consultants in delivering top-tier services to clients
- Handling insurer invoicing and policy administration
- Keeping up with strict SLAs in a fast-paced environment where efficiency is key
