The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opening for an experienced Financial Administrator who is now ready to step into a full Paraplanning role. Working closely with Chartered Financial Planners, you will gain hands-on exposure to more complex investment strategies and tax planning solutions, while also being gradually introduced to client meetings where your involvement will evolve over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with product and fund research
  • Begin drafting suitability reports in collaboration with Advisers
  • Liaise with clients and providers to gather policy and product information
  • Execute fund switches and transfers as directed
  • Support with day-to-day technical and client-focused tasks as you develop

Candidate Profile:

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Hold a relevant degree and have already passed several R0 exams, working towards the Level 4 Diploma
  • Have experience in financial administration within a wealth management or financial planning environment
  • Possess excellent written communication skills and some basic exposure to suitability report writing
  • Be ambitious, proactive, and looking for a long-term career path in financial planning

Career Development:

You’ll be given full training and support, with a clearly defined path toward either a highly technical Paraplanning role or a future transition into a Financial Adviser position. This firm has a strong track record of developing and nurturing internal talent.
