You will also have a book of clients to service and build upon, 40 clients producing circa £200,000 in revenue. The team are targeting HNW customers with circa £500,000 AUM.Â
Uncapped Earning Potential – Competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000, plus performance-based bonuses that reward success. By year 3, Adviser are earning circa £140,000 pa including bonsues. You will also be rewarded for looking after your clients with bonuses on your recurring incomeÂ

- Proven experience in financial advice, with a strong track record of converting leads into business.
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (CII / CISI / LIBF) with CAS status (or working towards it).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition to build a strong client book.

- Engaging with a steady flow of warm leads and introducer referrals to generate new client opportunities.
