The role:

You will be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process end-to-end

With the support of a wider administration team, you’ll be able to focus on the advice process and on the customer experience

You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service

Undertaking pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leadsand introducer agreements

You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business

Delivering outstanding levels of personal and professional integrity, updating knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products

Preparing sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals and conducting ongoing reviews

Generating new business by developing relationships and referral opportunities
