Financial Advisory Administrator

Swiss Cottage - Salary depending on experience.

A leading financial services group who offer expert investment advice, strategy and financial planning are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Advisory Administrator to work closely with their financial planners. As an award winning firm they embrace leading industry technology to provide clients with the best information to form a sound wealth management strategy.

Specifics of the role include -

• Act as a point of contact for clients, helping manage queries and sending over any correspondence they might request.

• Ensure the smooth running of back office systems, updating the system, ensuring client correspondence, records and updates are all entered.

• Liaise with third party providers and produce client illustrations.

• Produce client administration and correspondence.

• Work closely with the financial planning and paraplanning teams to help prepare client meeting documents, illustrations, and any onboarding requirements.

• Have a can do attitude, help the office with projects, administrative tasks, marketing initiatives and client deadlines.
