And with a steady flow of referrals and leads from professional connections, they're going to need an extra planner to cope with demand.Which is where you come in.You'll work alongside the MD who set up and oversaw such impressive growth. Supported by a specialist paraplanner you'll work with existing clients and build client numbers. As for the clients 50% of them are from the entertainment sector, so that's sports stars, musicians etc. The other 50% are business owners/leaders.Proposition wise you'll be independent. And not only that, you'll have a full range of solutions at your disposal e.g. VCT, EIS, mortgages and protection.Salary is to £85,000 and there are two bonus schemes. One is based on quality/values, the other on performance. But it's not a one size fits all structure - your targets will be tailored to you and agreed with you at the outset.As for other benefits:
