About the Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring that client records are meticulously maintained and that the advisory process runs seamlessly. Your ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently will help the team deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to financial advisers, including processing new business and managing client queries.
  • Preparing client documentation, reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining and updating client records using industry-specific software.
  • Liaising with financial providers to obtain necessary information and facilitate transactions.
  • Assisting with the preparation of meetings, managing diaries, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensuring all files and documentation are maintained in accordance with company policies and FCA regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an IFA Administration role or financial services.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of financial products, platforms, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems.
