Hybrid Working Available

We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our longest-standing clients—a highly respected Private Client Wealth Management firm based in Central London. Due to an internal promotion, they have created a brand-new opportunity for a Junior Paraplanner to join their expanding team.

This firm specialises in providing holistic financial advice, estate planning, and tax strategies to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and their families. The company has experienced impressive organic growth, nearly doubling in size during our partnership.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with approximately 18 months of experience as a Financial Administrator, who has also gained some initial exposure to report writing (either templated or bespoke). You’ll play a vital role in bridging the gap between the Financial Advisers and their clients, with the opportunity to attend client meetings and begin building advisory relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with product and market research
  • Liaising with providers and ensuring AML/KYC requirements are fulfilled
  • Gathering information on clients’ existing financial products
  • Supporting the transition of client funds to agreed investment platforms
  • Learning to produce bespoke, high-quality suitability reports
  • Receiving full training and mentoring from an experienced team

What’s on Offer:

  • Full training and support towards becoming a Chartered Paraplanner
  • Clear progression pathways: remain in a technical Paraplanning role or move towards advising
  • Work with complex, high-net-worth client cases from day one
  • Study support toward the Level 4 Diploma (if not yet achieved)
  • A collaborative, close-knit team that prioritises long-term career development
  • Hybrid working model (split between office and home)

About You:

To be considered, you’ll likely be:

  • An experienced Financial Administrator or Junior Paraplanner (c.18+ months’ experience)
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and business professionals
  • Confident in your written communication, with some exposure to report writing
  • Eager to learn and develop within a dynamic and high-performing environment
