Package Details:

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience & qualifications.

Purpose of the role:

This is the perfect role for an aspiring Paraplanner looking to solidify their career in a progressive, high-performing firm that genuinely values teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and personal development.

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting Financial Advisers with accurate and timely recommendations, while collaborating with a close-knit team to maintain an exceptional standard of client care. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Financial Advisers to provide a best-in-class Paraplanning service that supports business strategy and growth.
  • Assist with client annual reviews, lifestyle modelling (Voyant), and financial planning queries.
  • Produce a minimum of three suitability reports per week, ensuring precision and clarity.
  • Manage the fund trading and withdrawal process alongside a fellow Paraplanning Executive via our trading platform.
  • Collaborate with senior Paraplanners on complex cases involving pension analysis (Selecta), FE Analytics reports, and tailored illustrations.
  • Maintain the client platform portal with up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Ensure client documentation and templates meet brand guidelines using Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Actively contribute to a disciplined but flexible team workflow.
  • Operate in a fully compliant and technically accurate manner during research and report compilation.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 4 years of paraplanning experience in a busy, multi-platform financial planning business
  • Proven ability to manage report production, adviser relationships, and technical research
  • Familiarity with cash flow modelling tools, CRM systems, and financial software
  • High attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal communication

Qualifications required:

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent) - Essential
