Thispositionwillworkcloselywithproductmanagementteams,businessleaders,andclientstoensurethatthecompany'sofferingsarealignedwithcurrentregulatorystandardsandeffectivelyaddresstheevolvingchallengesinthefinancialservicesindustry.ThisindividualshouldunderstandthechallengestheUK/EuropeanbankingsectorsfaceandideallywillbeknowledgeableaboutthefraudlandscapeintheUK/Europe,capableofengagingincommercialdiscussions,andrepresentingthebusinessatsalesmeetingsandindustryeventsactingasanevangelistinfinancialcrime.

Thisisauniquerolewithinagrowingandestablishedteam,itwouldsuitadrivenindividualwhothrivesinfastpacedchangingenvironments.

Musthave:

  • Extensiveexperienceworkingwithinthebanking,compliance,andfraudpreventionindustry
  • ExperienceservingasaFraudSubjectmatterSMEonindustrystandardsandtrends
  • StrategicAdvisoryexperienceonFraudstrategyandsupportingthedevelopmentofnewfeaturesandenhancementsinthecompaniesfraudsolutionsofferings
  • Experienceofworkingwithclientstounderstandandrecommendimprovementstotheirfinancialcrimepreventionprogrammes
  • Experienceofparticipatinginindustryevents/roundtablesacrossEuroperepresentingthecompanyintheFraudspace
  • Apassionfortalkingtoclients,helpingthemsolvetheirneeds
  • Abilitytodiscusstechnicalchallengesandsolutionswithprospectsandcustomers
  • Abilitytointerfacewithmultiplelevelswithinacustomer'sorganisation(c-suite,decisionmakers,users)
  • Abletoadaptandrespondtochangingbusinessandindustrypriorities
