We recruiting for a Programme Manager to support a major Wealth Management client for on a contract basis.

Suitable candidates will have experience in leading large scale sizeable payments reconciliation/remediation projects. This role will focus on reviewing the financial planning payments process and looking for efficiencies and appropriate process improvements.

The contract will be on a remote basis however travel to clients offices in London and regionally maybe required.

The contract will be an initial 6 months and the role will be inside IR35 and will require candidates to be engaged via an Umbrella company on our PSL.

Required experience:

  • E2e Financial Planning experience including relationship and agreements with Appointed Reps, IFAs, Providers, etc.
  • Experience of managing/understanding Financial Planning related payment processes, to ensure that the appropriate deductions are made including e.g. retention rates, tax reductions, loan payment, clawback
  • Understanding of CASS rules
  • Candidates must have experience of managing a sizeable payments reconciliation/remediation project and suspense account management
  • Experience of identifying/understanding payment control gaps and implementing and controls to reduce exposure and risk
  • Experience in ensuring MI and data for reg returns in complete and timely
  • System knowledge – XPLAN, IO, COMMPAY
  • Has worked in a fast-paced environment and can respond and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders.
