Sales & Business Development Associate
Mayfair, London | 45,000 + 10,000 OTE + full benefits package
Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid working (2 days WFH)

Deerfoot Recruitment is working on behalf of a highly respected financial services firm to assist with the hire of a Sales & Business Development Associate based in Mayfair, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in investment and fund management. The successful candidate will support the firm's growth strategy by engaging with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) across the UK to generate qualified new business leads for senior Investment and Fund Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively reaching out to IFAs to introduce services and secure meetings

  • Booking qualified appointments for senior investment professionals

  • Supporting occasional client meetings with follow-up and notes

  • Distributing marketing materials and maintaining CRM records

  • Providing insight to help shape business development strategies

Candidate profile:
Applicants should be confident on the phone, well-organised, and motivated to drive new business opportunities. Previous experience in sales, telesales, or client development within the financial services sector is essential. A strong interest in investment management and the IFA landscape is also expected.

This permanent role offers hybrid working (2 days from home), a competitive salary of 45,000 plus 10,000 OTE (bonus/commission), and a full benefits package.
